This event is for prior leaders of Hoofer Mountaineer to get together, refresh how to lead a clinic or climbing day, say hello, and ask any questions.
All returning leaders will need this training in order to get a Volunteer Agency Letter. A Volunteer Agency Letter allows you to act on behalf of the university and can give you access to lots of great prodeals!
- Review clinics and resources (where can ya find stuff?) (shared drive and hooferleaders.org)
- Review parking lot speech and safety guidelines
- Covid policies
- Brainstorm any upcoming webinars or clinics you may want to lead
- Get permissions for rechub
- Tell stories about your last epic
