Description

Join Outdoor UW for another informative course in the Outdoor Explorer Series (OES).  Learn and practice a new skill that will make you more comfortable and excited for your next adventure! 

OUTDOOR EXPLORER SERIES: Leading Through Conflict in the Outdoors 

Upon completion of this class, a participant will:

  • Learn about the interpersonal gap and best practices for actively listening to others
  • Learn about the types of conflict
  • Learn about VOeMP framework that can be used to facilitate a discussion between two conflicting parties.
  • Gain practice using a conflict resolution framework to make strides toward productive resolutions.
